YANA CLUB.

I was 17 years old with undiagnosed depression, anxiety and narcolepsy, sitting at the back of a business studies class planning the logo for GMFIT which in 2020 turned into what we now know as YANA Club.

For years I battled with not only the affects of mental illness but also the shame and embarrassment that I bought upon myself because I wasn’t able to manage life like the people around me were (despite having a genuinely good life).

Everyone deserves to live their best life regardless of the cards they were dealt and if we can help fuel that, then why would we not?

YANA Club is here to be real, genuine and open so that others will truly understand they are not alone.
