Life in Motion was an incredible event run by student from the University of Technology / UTS on 10 October 2021.
The virtual event took place to raise funds and awareness for Reach Out Australia and that it did. 3 instructors - myself, a Personal Trainer, a dance instructor and a yoga teacher took turn in running our guests thro

Life in Motion was an incredible event run by student from the University of Technology / UTS on 10 October 2021.
The virtual event took place to raise funds and awareness for Reach Out Australia and that it did. 3 instructors - myself, a Personal Trainer, a dance instructor and a yoga teacher took turn in running our guests through 3 sessions with a strong theme of mental health and wellness at the forefront.
A fabulous event and an absolute honour to be a part of it.
Funds raised reached $2885 for Reach Out Australia.
